Job Description
A Lead Generation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the generation of potential leads for a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. The role involves developing strategies and implementing tactics to identify and engage with potential clients or customers.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and implementing lead generation plans, campaigns, and strategies to reach and exceed company targets
- Conducting market research to identify potential target markets, industries, and customers
- Developing and maintaining a database of qualified leads for the sales team
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and effective lead generation process
- Monitoring and analyzing lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve results
- Collaborating with sales and customer service departments to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in lead generation, preferably within the BPO industry. They should have excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of market research, and the ability to leverage various lead generation channels effectively.
