Job Description
Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees production operations, ensures workflow organization, safety, and quality standards are met while supervising staff and coordinating inventory activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production manpower and organize workflow.
- Coach new staff and ensure safe equipment use.
- Prepare production reports and manage inventory activities.
Requirements:
- Full-time availability and schedule flexibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
