- Implement the daily work plan for production personnel.
- Ensure products adhere to quality standards.
- Resolve minor production issues promptly.
- Maintain attendance records for all direct employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years as a team leader in manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in leadership.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php550.00 – Php600.00 per day
Expected Start Date: 10/15/2024
