Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct shelf-life studies for BSFIL raw materials and finished goods.
- Determine critical parameters affecting product deterioration.
- Establish quantifiable limits for product acceptability.
- Develop standardized processes for study and testing.
- Research ways to extend shelf-life of products.
- Enhance sensory evaluation capabilities of panelists.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- 1 year of relevant experience in shelf-life studies and sensory evaluation.
- Knowledge in food chemistry, statistical analysis, and food safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
