Job Description
- Keeps track of all company assets, including physical items like equipment, machinery, furniture, and digital assets like software licenses, intellectual property, etc.
- Works closely with various departments within the organization, such as finance, operations, and IT, to understand their asset needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conducts regular audits and maintains accurate records of inventory levels.
- Utilizes asset management software or systems to streamline processes, track assets efficiently, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficient in using MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with asset management software, inventory systems, and others.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
