Job Description
Miti Ventures Asia is seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Function: Oversee sales strategies, track performance, and support field sales initiatives.
- Product Catalog Management: Maintain and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate listings and inventory management.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging product descriptions and manage visual assets for the catalog.
- Fulfillment Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent support and assistance to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 15,00.00 per month
