Job Description
HYPT Jobs PH is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. This role requires processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across various communication channels. An ideal candidate must remain calm under pressure and have experience with computers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
