Job Description
Role Objective: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and customers of Damstra Technology. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the initial contact point for users facing technical issues, inquiries, or needing IT-related assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls, emails, and chats for client support.
- Analyze user issues and resolve them effectively.
- Document all Service Desk tickets accurately.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in IT or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
