About the Role
BMQ Builders and Supply Corp. in Davao City seeks an experienced Project Control Department Head. In this full-time role, you’ll oversee all project control aspects, ensuring successful delivery of our construction projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement project control systems
- Provide strategic guidance to project teams
- Analyze project data and generate reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Implement change management processes
- Mentor and develop the project control team
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in project control, preferably in construction
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
