Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Experience in an academic setting as Dean Secretary (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Available to start immediately
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Duties: Provide administrative support, assist employees/students, relay calls, schedule meetings, create correspondence, handle mail, and secure documents.
