Job Description

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Property Management, Asset Management, or related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in asset/property management.
- 2+ years supervisory experience in custodial or facilities management.
- Experience in manufacturing or bakeshop industries preferred.
Core Skills:
- Proficient in inventory management software.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycles and property maintenance.
- Strong record-keeping skills for asset documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
