Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila offers a myriad of exciting experiences and dramatic restaurant concepts, making it a destination within a destination. We are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Manager – Florentine to contribute to the efficient running of the Florentine within the Food and Beverage Division.
In this role, you will assist in implementing the Departmental Operations Manual, overseeing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service and product presentation. You will ensure the department operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the unique level of service of Grand Hyatt.
