Job Description
MC MAREZ FOOD CORP/COOKIES BY THE BUCKET is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include:
- Managing all incoming and outgoing documents
- Documenting daily administrative tasks
- Reviewing accuracy of supporting documents
- Daily sales encoding, monitoring, and compilation
- Controlling invoice-related activities
- Updating inventory of supplies
- Performing various administrative and clerical tasks
Job Requirements:
- 1 year work-related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php610.00 – Php700.00 per day
Expected Start Date: 09/26/2024
