Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Secretary to join our team at Asian Filipino (ASFIL) Engineering Design and.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in construction.
- Familiarity with construction applications (Viewpoint) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and a team player.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and dedicated to high-quality work.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
