Job Description
Position Description: This position serves as the primary contact between technical personnel and the operations requirements for various projects.
Specific Duties:
- Coordinate technical assistance for clients and projects.
- Manage schedules for all Technical Staff.
- Prepare and submit overtime requests for approval.
- Process service requests and purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course.
- Relevant experience in customer service or coordination.
