Job Description
Integrated Computer Systems (PH) is seeking a Procurement Staff responsible for:
- Procurement of printed materials, events materials, and giveaways
- Vehicle rental and transportation services coordination
- Timely processing of PRs/RFPs, payment releasing, and liquidation
- Petty cash management
- Gift list consolidation and processing
- Secretarial and administrative support
- Assistance in departmental activities
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business
- Detail-oriented, organized, effective planner
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- At least 2 years of office work experience preferred
- Willing to report onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City
