Job Description
Job Overview: The HR Assistant will manage HR-related tasks including payroll, remittances, recruitment, and employee relations while also assisting with administrative duties for farm operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Process payroll inputs, maintain registers, and distribute payslips.
- Remittances: Prepare summaries and manage government contributions.
- Recruitment: Conduct job postings, interviews, and orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with policies.
