Job Description
The Clinical System Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance related to the implementation and maintenance of clinical information systems. This role requires a solid understanding of clinical workflows and processes, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
The main responsibilities of a Clinical System Support Specialist include:
- Assisting in the implementation and optimization of clinical information systems.
- Providing end-user support and troubleshooting for a variety of clinical software applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
- Conducting training sessions for clinical staff on the proper use of system features and functionalities.
- Developing and maintaining system documentation and user manuals.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare information management or a related field. Experience in supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
