Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively contact customers for service maintenance.
- Promote service activities through marketing calls, texts, and emails.
- Set appointments for service maintenance.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Update customer information for future prospects.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate resolutions.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
