Job Description
Expedise Warehouse Management Solution Inc. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Concierge Supervisor for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting daily toolbox meetings
- Addressing customer concerns and performance appraisals
- Ensuring site safety and PPE issuance
- Monitoring Click Up (status updates, employee positions, etc.)
- Preparing back-to-work orders and leave forms
- Managing offboarding documents and DTR collation
- Providing team leader training
- Monitoring customer interactions once deployed
