Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dedicated Hotel Operations Assistant to support our Hotel Manager in various business operations. The successful candidate will perform general administrative tasks, update internal procedures, reconcile payments, manage office orders, and maintain activity logs.
Job Requirements: You should be a graduate of HRM/Tourism or Business Administration with at least 1 year of experience in a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities are essential.
