Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, top performer to join a fast-paced, high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants in our office. As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates. Recruitment Consultant is very different from Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or internal recruiter, instead of doing it with a psychological approach, they will use sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners (clients) from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates
• Establish new business relationships, all while providing a high level of customer service with existing business partners and candidates
• Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
• Negotiate terms of business with clients and job offers to candidates
• Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
• Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently
• Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward
• Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of Recruitment Experience
• High EQ and ability to adapt with technology and people
• Experience working within headhunting, recruitment, or sales experience
• Must have a passion and commitment for sales processes
• Must be able to produce solutions and be process-oriented
• Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage
