Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to join our team at Berringer Hotel & Resort Inc. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in hotel management.
The Hotel Manager will oversee staff, manage employee performance, maintain financial records, resolve service issues, and coordinate marketing efforts. Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
Benefits include free parking, pay raises, supplemental pay, and a standard 8-hour shift schedule.
