Job Description
Widus Hotel and Casino is seeking a friendly and courteous Guest Services Agent. This position involves registering guests into their respective rooms while ensuring the highest standards of Front Office service are maintained.
Your experience and skills should include:
- Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
- Knowledge in Opera PMS is a plus.
