Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 28k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview: The Content Moderation Specialist works closely with customer service and technical support teams to resolve issues and maintain a positive user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate policy-violating content.
- Explain moderation decisions to users constructively.
- Document incidents accurately for continuous improvement.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of moderation processes.
