Job Description
Sphere Rocket VA is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to oversee all administrative tasks for clients’ real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process, maintaining communication with all parties involved through various channels.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills and at least 1.5-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in technology and knowledge of key software (e.g., Gmail, Docusign, CRM) is essential.
This is a full-time position with a starting pay of Php35,00.00 per month, and it allows you to work from home with an 8-hour shift schedule.
