Job Description
AP Cargo Logistic Network Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and information related to our products and services. The role includes accommodating bookings, processing transactions, and offering solutions to a variety of customer issues.
Qualified candidates should have at least a second-year college level education or vocational course graduation. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel, along with strong communication skills in English and Tagalog, are essential. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift and includes supplemental pay such as a 13th-month salary.
