Job Description
Join our dynamic team at JC as a BPO Supervisor! In this role, you will manage recruitment, training, retention, and development of team members while driving the team towards successful outcomes. You are expected to enforce company policies, encourage continuous improvement, and create a positive work environment.
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader, including 1-2 years in US Banking Finance Services and Insurance (BPO). This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Php25,00.00 to Php40,00.00.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift
