Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Associate Lawyer to join our legal team at Xentro Malls. The successful candidate will be responsible for legal research, contract reviews, legal due diligence, filing applications with government agencies, attending client meetings, representing clients in negotiations and legal proceedings, notarizing documents, and performing other essential tasks as required.
Job Requirements: The ideal applicant must possess a Law Degree from a reputable institution, have passed the Philippine Bar Examination, and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in English and Filipino. Candidates should be trustworthy, reliable, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively.
