Job Description
Location: Silver City, Fairview Terraces & McKinley
Requirements:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- B1 BAA 32 certification
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Care Experience (CCE) OR
- 1 year CCE experience in international voice account (80% voice, 20% email/chat)
- OR 6 months of travel experience outside BPO or 6 months call center experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php 15,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company Christmas gift, Paid training, Promotion opportunities.
Schedule: 8 hour shift
