Job Description
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager.
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop improvement strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Supervise accounts receivables for prompt collection.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php22,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
