Job Description
FIRST DATACORP is seeking talented individuals for the position of ITSM Technology Specialist. We are looking for graduates with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in IT and Security. Strong communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate must possess proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, knowledge of Web and Database technologies, and proficiency in application development with Java/.NET or PHP. Responsibilities include installing and deploying ITSM and Data Governance Solutions, designing implementations, delivering product presentations, and providing post-sales support.
