Job Description
Join TATA Consultancy Services as a Back Office Agent in our US Insurance Campaign onsite. We seek a highly organized individual to manage administrative tasks, insurance policy processing, and claims support.
Responsibilities include processing claims, maintaining customer data, ensuring document accuracy, and assisting team inquiries. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of college, 1-year BPO experience, and MS Office proficiency.
This full-time position offers competitive benefits, including health insurance and paid training. Night shifts are required. Preferred candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga.
