Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs to our products and services.
- Influence and recover from objections to gain customer buy-in.
- Share insights with internal and external clients.
