Job Description
Eco-hippo Wholesale and Supply is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support managers, employees, and office visitors. Your responsibilities will include handling filing, generating reports, setting up meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness of the office, manage records and permits, answer client inquiries, and greet visitors warmly.
This position is full-time and permanent, perfect for fresh graduates. The salary ranges from Php600.00 to Php650.00 per month, with additional benefits including a company Christmas gift, opportunities for promotion, and a 13th month salary.
Work hours are from Monday to Friday in an 8-hour shift.
