Job Description:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control warehouse operations.
- Manage logistics to optimize resources and conduct process audits.
- Update tracking system status for purchase orders and shipments.
- Handle booking and dispatching of offshore deliveries.
- Address concerns with operational, CSR, and billing teams.
- Resolve customer delivery issues and rejections.
Job Requirements:
- College Graduate (IT/Computer Science preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year experience; fresh graduates welcome.
- Background in SAP or similar Order Management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and vigilant; immediate availability required.
