Job Description
Core Max Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in Davao City. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in customer service roles.
Key qualifications include strong leadership and communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric focus. Experience in the BPO or Telecom industry is preferred.
