Job Description
Fair Trade Outsourcing is excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Representative. This role is crucial for our retail account and will tentatively start at the beginning of October for the winter season in the US.
Specific Duties: Handle inquiries, manage billing, process cancellations, follow up on orders, and assist with returns.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience, strong communication, positive attitude.
Job Type: Fixed term | Pay: Php 16,00.00/month | Schedule: 8-hour night shift
