Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to join our team at WTW. The ideal candidate will become a subject matter expert in their assigned domain, maintain the development team’s backlog, and prioritize product backlog items. You will collaborate with product managers, refine user stories, and ensure that deliverables are ready for development.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, computer science, or a related field, alongside 3-5 years of experience in an agile environment. Strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
