Job Description
- Place outbound calls to a list of potential customers provided by the company.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered.
- Answer customer inquiries and address objections with accurate and persuasive information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers who expressed initial interest.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and G-Suite.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
