Job Description
Join our team at IT By Design as an End User Support Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop operating systems, managing application installations, and providing support for client services including VPN and O365 administration. This position requires proactive problem-solving and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of Service Desk experience, proficiency in Active Directory and M365 support, willingness to work night shifts, and full onsite commitment in BGC, Taguig City.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php45,00.00/month
