Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic plans to expand our customer base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting sales targets and ensuring these targets are met or exceeded
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Training and mentoring sales representatives
