Job Description
AVS is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to manage essential HR functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting qualified candidates and conducting onboarding processes.
- Managing employee records and assisting with training and development initiatives.
- Coordinating temporary staffing needs and handling workers’ compensation claims.
- Completing annual Census forms and providing HR reporting to management.
Requirements for this position include a device with a minimum of 16GB RAM, an i5 processor, and SSD storage (minimum 256GB). High-speed internet is also required.
Job Type: Full-time; Shift: 8-hour schedule.
