Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provides post-sales technical support.
- Assist clients with product selection and configuration.
- Performs fieldwork and handles in-house repairs for walk-in clients.
- Capable of following various procedures as per client requirements.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Vocational holder
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to perform fieldwork and on-site assignments.
- Willing to travel locally or abroad.
- With at least one (1) year of work-related experience.
- Organized and with a keen attention to details.
- Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.
