Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team as a PURE NON-VOICE Encoder.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence about their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues directly on the first contact.
- Match customer demands to our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections.
- Share information effectively with both internal and external clients.
