Job Description
Join Deployed Inc. as an Order Data Entry and Job Scheduling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and assisting with scheduling and allocation of deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry of customer orders
- Assisting customers by email and phone
- Daily driver scheduling and job allocation
- Maintaining customer documents
- Accounts Receivables receipting
Skills / Qualifications:
- Scheduling/dispatch experience
- High computer literacy
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00/month
