Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR duties
- Maintain accurate employee records while adhering to all legal and regulatory standards
- Respond to concerns from workers on HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Assist in recruitment by promoting job opportunities, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with the onboarding process: prepare new recruit paperwork, conduct orientation, and ensure compliance to company policies and procedures
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits program
- Prepare reports for HR when needed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Required Language(s): English, Filipino
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) – HDRM, Psychology, or admin related courses
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
