Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS). The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and be willing to work full-time on-site with a shifting schedule.

Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues related to products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will assist with account management, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide informed recommendations.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, along with benefits like health insurance, paid training, and performance bonuses.
