Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our dynamic team as a Back Office Representative. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence, resolving their concerns and matching their needs with our clients’ products and services.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer issues on the first contact, using your negotiation skills to gain customer buy-in, and effectively communicating important information to both internal and external clients.
