Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as a Hotel Reservation Specialist. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Your responsibilities include matching customer demands with our clients’ products and services, influencing customers to achieve buy-in, and sharing critical information with internal and external stakeholders.
